Airport Transfers
The cost of a pre-paid and pre-booked transfer between King Shaka International Airport and appointed accommodation in the Umhlanga precinct or vice versa will cost R595.00 per person, per transfer.
To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
- Full name of Passenger.
- Date of Transfer.
- Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
- Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
- Flight number.
- Hotel name.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R595.00 per person will be charged.
Group Airport Transfers
Group Airport Transfers are available on request.
Group Transfer Terms and Conditions:
The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Arrival Airport Information
On arrival at King Shaka International airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals’ hall. Look out for a representative from ZAF Travel & Tourism who will be holding a board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative, please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

Transfers not paid for in full by 17 June 2025, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Cancellation Policy
All transport is subject to Turners Conferences and their appointed service providers’ terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates’ control i.e., flight delay or cancelled flight.
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
