Registration
How to register
Pre-registration via the website will be possible until 08 July 2025. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants, is required to register.
Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. The zoom link will be sent closer to the time of the workshop.
Fees
The following fees will apply:

Payment
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will reflect as a short payment and shows as a balance on your account.
The final date for bank transfers is the 09 July 2025 Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leanne@tcon.org.za and use your surname and invoice number as a reference.
Credit Card Payments
When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the pay now button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.
Cancellation Policy
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after Conference. An administration fee of R400.00 will be charged for all cancellations received on or before the 30 June 2025. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after 30 June 2025. Please contact Leanne Armoogam (leanne@tcon.org.za) should you wish to cancel your registration.
